We're a community of Nigerian Christians living across the UK, from every church and denomination, and from none in particular. We came here to study, work and raise families, and we've found that faith grows best when we don't walk alone.
How it started
NCUK began as a Facebook group, a simple place for us to find one another, share encouragement and pray together. It grew into thousands of members, online prayer meetings, Bible studies and WhatsApp groups. This app brings all of that into one place, so anyone can join in, including those who aren't on Facebook.
What we are
- A fellowship, not a church. We don't replace your local church. We hope to help you love it, serve it and grow in it.
- Non-denominational and inter-denominational. Pentecostal, Anglican, Catholic, Baptist, Methodist, independent: all are welcome. We gather around Jesus and the Bible, not around a denomination or a single ministry.
- Informal and volunteer-run. NCUK isn't a registered charity, church or formal organisation. It's a group of believers who started connecting online and wanted to make that easier for everyone.
- Free. No membership, no fees and no sign-up. The app costs nothing to use.
What you'll find here
Online prayer meetings and Bible study, sermons and livestreams from a range of ministries, daily devotionals, the whole Bible with study tools, Christian events, jobs, a kids' section, games, and links to our WhatsApp and Facebook communities.
The ministries and devotionals in the app are a selection of what our members follow. Showing them isn't an endorsement of every view, and NCUK isn't connected to any of them.
